Terms of Service

Effective September 4, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of VidSnappy (vidsnappy.com), an AI image and video creation platform operated by VidSnappy. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use VidSnappy.

Credits, plans, and billing

  • Generations consume credits. Free accounts receive a daily allowance of image credits; video generation requires a paid plan or credits.
  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • If a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are not charged. Except where required by law, payments for completed generations and subscription periods are non-refundable.

Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts and images you provide. As between you and VidSnappy, you own the images and videos you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying AI model providers. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any image you upload — for example, not uploading photos of other people without their consent.

You grant VidSnappy a limited licence to store and process your content solely to operate the service (generate, store, and display your results to you).

Acceptable use

You agree not to use VidSnappy to create or distribute content that:

  • is illegal, infringes others' rights, or violates others' privacy;
  • depicts real people in a false, defamatory, or non-consensual way, including sexual content;
  • sexualizes minors, or promotes violence, hate, or harassment;
  • impersonates a person or brand to deceive, or facilitates fraud or scams.

You also agree not to abuse the service (for example, attempting to bypass credit limits, reverse-engineer the platform, or overload it).

Service availability

We work to keep VidSnappy available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features, models, and pricing may change as the product evolves.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected; you are responsible for reviewing results before relying on or publishing them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidSnappy is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the acceptable-use rules above.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
